THE ONLINE 2017 SONOMA COUNTY HOMELESS RESOURCE GUIDE is the most comprehensive and up-to-date edition of our Homeless Resource Guide. Listings include free and low cost services to help people struggling with homelessness to find shelter, food, health care, financial assistance, permanent housing, employment, disability services and more.

We're sorry, but the pocket Guide is out of stock, in English and Spanish. We are in the process of transfering that program to another agency. When new Guides become available, we will publish that information here.
